Ultimate Spider-Man #66 (2004)

Peter wakes up to discover he's not Peter anymore. Somehow, he and Wolverine have switched bodies in their sleep. Peter's having a hard time managing Wolverine's claws, though Wolvie's healing factor helps out on that end, while Wolverine has a hard time coping with Peter's schedule and responsibilities.
