At Ugly Monkey Comics, we want you to love what lands in your mailbox. If something feels off, damaged, or just plain wrong, here’s how we fix it—without the jungle drama.

Returns & Exchanges

• Damaged items: If your order arrives looking like it went twelve rounds with a gorilla, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and we’ll replace it or refund you.
  
  

• Incorrect items: If we shipped you the wrong comic, that’s on us. We’ll make it right faster than a caffeinated capuchin.
  
  

• General returns: We accept returns for non-damaged, unopened items within 14 days. Customer covers return shipping unless we made the mistake.
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Read comic books (we love you, but we can’t resell your bathroom-break binge-read).
• Special orders or personalized items.
  
  
• Mystery boxes (because… well… they’re mysteries).
