Ultimate Spider-Man #43 (2003)

Geldoff does not react well when the X-Men arrive. Nor, for that matter, does Peter react appropriately to a stunningly attractive female telepath. Still, they end up traveling back to X-Mansion to learn about Geldoff, who doesn't react well to flying, either.
