Ultimate Spider-Man #38 (2003)

Eddie Brock arrives at Peter's school in the Venom suit, and Peter heads out to face him. After a long and difficult fight, Venom seems to be destroyed in a hail of gunfire and electricity, but that doesn't help Peter feel any better.
