Ultimate Spider-Man #27 (2002)

Peter, Harry and S.H.I.E.L.D. all manage to put down the Green Goblin, but not without serious psychological impacts for all of the teens involved. Nick Fury's "pep talk" to Peter doesn't help things very much, either.
