Ultimate Spider-Man #119 (2008)

Liz is having a difficult time coping with her new abilities, and the possibility that she's actually a mutant. Spider-Man and Iceman have a good talk with her, though the Human Torch is called back to the Baxter Building before he can pitch in. Just as Liz is starting to enjoy her new situation, Magneto arrives.
