Daredevil, Vol. 1 #302B (1992) Newstand

Daredevil does his best to keep the Owl from killing one of the Kingpin's former soldiers, but neither participant wants Daredevil involved. He saves the man's life, but isn't able to capture the Owl in the process, due in part to the Owl's recent changes.
