Ultimate Spider-Man #56 (2004)

The fight between Peter and Otto destroys much of the movie set, and ends up moving through the Lincoln Tunnel. Meanwhile, MJ gets to the Parker home to announce major changes in her life, only to bolt when she sees the fight on live television, leaving Gwen with some mysteries to ponder.
