Ultimate Spider-Man #55 (2004)

Peter's life is still not going the way he'd hoped. Not only is a movie being made about him, but Kong has a part in it, and will be seeing more money from it than Peter will. What's worse, Dr. Octopus arrives to disrupt the movie, forcing Peter to leap to the defense of people he can't stand.
