Ultimate Spider-Man #36 (2003)

Peter returns to the lab to find and destroy what's left of the suit. Eddie catches him, so he explains it all to him, right down to his secret identity. When he gets home, he learns that Eddie tried to seduce Gwen, and that she's sure he's not a good guy. By the time Pete learns this, Eddie has already exposed himself to the suit.
