Ultimate Spider-Man #116 (2008)

Spider-Man and Shadowcat survive the battle against Norman, but in doing so, lose sight of their assailant. S.H.I.E.L.D. does too, so Peter and Kitty part ways with the agency and head out on their own. When Peter gets home, Norman is there waiting for him, with a rather immodest proposal. Their discussion is interrupted by a broadcast on CNN featuring Harry Osborn.
