The Spectacular Spider-Man Annual #12 (Marvel Comics 1992) Direct Edition delivers a 64-page Spider-Man chaptered experience, featuring Hero Killers Part 2 and Venom "Down and Downer" with guest-starring the New Warriors.

In the main story, at the Target Technologies headquarters in New Jersey, Spider-Man, Namorita, and Nova battle the new and improved Dreadnoughts. The three heroes struggle against the super-powered robots until Firestar, Night Thrasher, and Silhouette arrive to turn the tide. Next, the wall-crawler and the New Warriors decide to investigate another Target Technologies compound, and this time they run into a horde of super-villains including the Beetle, Blacklash, Boomerang, Constrictor, Hydro-Man, Rhino, and more. The story continues in Web of Spider-Man Annual 8.
